Packaging and Postage

Please note that the shopping cart will only calculate postage for Great Britain, other locations please contact us for a quotation.

For all items in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days but usually dispatch next working day (Monday to Friday). We use Royal Mail 48 for our deliveries, which is trackable. The maximum postage and packing charge is £6.75 in Great Britain.

Please note that the shopping cart calculates the postage based on amount spent:

purchases of up to £20 will charge £3.90 postage, up to £60 will charge £6.75, over £60 will not charge any postage.

FREE DELIVERY in mainland Great Britain orders over £60.

Where your order contains items of current ranges not currently in stock please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. The order will be dispatched as 1 shipment. If there are any further delays we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.

NORTHERN IRELAND/EU ORDERS

Unfortunately due to the new EU GSPR regulations requiring a responsible person for the business to be located in the EU I cannot currently send orders to anywhere covered by this regulation: Northern Ireland, EU and EEA countries.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER POSTAGE

Returns

If you are not happy with your item(s) for any reason we are happy to accept returns of the item(s) in the same condition sent to you within 14 days for a full refund, excluding return postage costs. Please note we will only refund UK postage and not any additional international postage paid. Our return address is Tableware For Life, 17 California Road, St Ives, Cambs, PE27 6SJ. Please let us know prior to returning the item.
